1. Who we are

SivarTrades is a brand of A&M Capital, S.A. de C.V., based in San Salvador, El Salvador. A&M Capital is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. You can reach us at (972) 954-8663 or through the contact form on this site.

2. What we collect

• Contact form: your name, company, trade, city, phone number, email, whether you are a contractor or a general contractor or prime, your message if you write one, whether you agreed to receive calls and text messages, and the page you sent the form from.
• Calls and messages: what you tell us when you call or text us.
• Technical data: our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes connection data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver and protect the site. When you send the form we record the time and the country of the connection.

We do not ask for sensitive information, and we ask you not to include it in your message.

3. How we use it

• To answer your inquiry and set up the 15-minute call.
• To understand your trade, capacity and insurance, and to send you bids that fit your trade.
• To help you prepare the bids you decide to submit.
• If you are a general contractor or prime, to introduce you to contractors, and if you are a contractor, to introduce you to a general contractor, prime or bid owner, only with your agreement.
• To keep a record of your consent to calls and text messages.

We never sell your personal information.

4. Text messages (SMS)

If you check the consent box on our form, SivarTrades may call and text the number you gave us about bids and your inquiry. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time, and reply HELP for help, or call (972) 954-8663. Consent is optional and is not a condition of any purchase.

We do not share or sell your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties for marketing. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

5. Who we share it with

• Service providers that work for us under their service terms: Cloudflare (hosting and security of this site), Google (form submissions are delivered to our email and stored in a spreadsheet we operate) and our phone and text messaging provider.
• Introductions: your business details go to a general contractor, prime or bid owner only when you agree to that introduction.
• The law: when a law, a court or an authority requires it.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your information while it is needed for your inquiry and our business relationship, and for as long as the law requires us to. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

7. Your choices

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, stop using it for a specific purpose, or withdraw your consent to calls and text messages. Call (972) 954-8663 or use the contact form. We will answer within 20 business days.

8. Where it is processed

We work from El Salvador, and our providers may store information on servers in the United States and other countries. By sending the form you agree to that processing.

9. Cookies, analytics and fonts

This site does not use advertising cookies. To count visits it uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which records page views without cookies and does not follow you to other sites. Cloudflare may also set a strictly necessary security cookie to protect the site from automated traffic. The site's fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers to get them.

10. Children

This site is for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18.

11. Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
